The fox peering through a magnifying glass

Every call, read the same careful way.

One pass over each transcript pulls out what happened, what the caller wanted, what was promised and how it went. Every finding carries the line it came from.

First, what kind of call was it?

Example week, 212 calls
  • Booked 62
  • Missed 38
  • Follow-up 41
  • Voicemail 24
  • Spam 19
  • Wrong service 15
  • Other 13

Then, everything in it.

These fields are filled for every analysed call. If something wasn’t said, the field stays empty. ListenFox doesn’t guess.

A lead score you can argue with.

Every call gets a score from 0 to 100 and a band: hot, warm, cold or not a lead. It’s calculated by fixed rules from what the call contained, not by the AI’s judgement, and it always shows its top three reasons.

Mark a call won or lost, with a value or a reason, and the dashboard shows revenue at risk next to revenue confirmed.

Lead score Example

82out of 100Hot

  • Asked for a price and got one
  • Ready to decide this week
  • Wanted a slot you don’t offer
Mark wonMark lost

No finding without the words behind it.

Each finding cites the transcript line it came from. Click it and the recording opens at that second, so anyone can check the claim for themselves.

  • The quote, word for word, in the language it was said.
  • The moment in the call, one click away.
  • A waveform of the whole call on every call page.

Track what matters to your business.

Add your own fields: a yes or no, a number, a date, a pick from a list, or free text. Every new call fills them in.

Once a week, ListenFox looks across recent calls and suggests new things worth tracking, each one linked to the calls where it came up. You accept or ignore. Accept, and it can go back and fill the field in for older calls too.

Suggested this week Example

Asked about parking

Yes or no. Came up in 7 of the last 40 calls.

  • Wed 30 Sep, 3BHK enquiry
  • Tue 29 Sep, rental
  • + 5 more calls

Built so the numbers hold up.

It knows which voice is your team

ListenFox matches names first, then works out the rest. If it gets it wrong, pick the right voice on the call page and the talk ratio and scores follow.

Your corrections stick

Fix any finding by hand. Re-reading the call later never overwrites what you fixed.

Talk patterns

Talk ratio, long monologues, interruptions and how long the caller waited for an answer, measured from the audio timing.

Two transcription engines

Standard detects the language on its own. Precise keeps mixed Hindi-English as it was spoken. Choose per workspace; if one engine fails, the other takes over. Languages
