Getting started

Can I sign up today?

Not on your own yet. The way in is a demo: we connect a source with you and read your first 20 calls together, free.

Do we have to change our phone system?

No. ListenFox works on recordings you already have. Nothing gets installed at the front desk, and your phones ring exactly as before.

Does ListenFox call our customers?

No. There’s no dialer and no AI that answers calls. It reads calls after they end. Your team makes the call-backs.

What if we don’t have recordings yet?

Setup can start from three short questions instead, but the product is only useful once calls are recorded somewhere it can read them.

Phones and sources

Which phone systems do you work with?

Uploaded recordings, a Google Drive folder, a Google Sheet call log, and 27 phone systems, call trackers, CRMs and voice platforms, including Ringba, CallRail, Aircall, Twilio, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Dialpad, Exotel and MyOperator. The full list is on the integrations page.

Ours isn’t on the list. Now what?

If your system saves recordings, an upload or a Google Drive folder works today. Tell us what you use; the ones marked “Coming soon” are already on our list.

How quickly do new calls show up?

Sources are checked every 30 minutes. Connectors that support webhooks send each call the moment it ends.

Which audio formats can I upload?

m4a, mp3, wav, webm, ogg, flac, aac, amr, mp4 and 3gp, up to 500 MB per file. Duplicate files are skipped.

Languages

Which languages does it handle?

Calls are transcribed by one of two engines. Standard detects the language of each call on its own. Precise is built for callers who switch languages, and keeps mixed Hindi-English as it was spoken. The full language lists come from those providers; we link to both on the languages page.

Is the app itself in Hindi?

Not yet. The app is in English. Transcripts and quotes stay in the language of the call.

Can I trust the findings?

How do I know a finding is right?

Every finding cites the line it came from, and one click plays the recording at that moment. If something wasn’t said, the field stays empty rather than guessed.

What if it gets something wrong?

Correct it on the call page. Your correction sticks, even if the call is read again later.

Does Ask make numbers up?

Ask works from real lookups on your workspace, and any number in an answer is checked against what those lookups returned before you see it.

Security and data

Where is our data stored?

On servers we manage at Hetzner, in the EU. Transcription and analysis providers receive a call to process it. The security page lists each one and what it receives.

Do you train AI on our calls?

We don’t train models of our own on your calls, and we don’t sell your data. The providers that process calls have their own retention terms, and we haven’t yet switched on each provider’s opt-out. The security page says so plainly and will change when we have.

Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?

No. ListenFox doesn’t hold security certifications today. If you need one, tell us.

How do I delete our data?

Delete a call or a source in the app. For a whole workspace or account, email us from the account address and it’s removed within 30 days.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

Plans are $79, $199 and $499 a month, priced on how many calls are synced and how many are read. One credit reads one call. See pricing.

Is there a trial?

Yes. After your demo you start on 14 days with 100 credits, no card needed.

Can I pay in rupees?

Not yet. Billing is in US dollars, by card through Stripe.
