Recordings pile up on a server somewhere. Inside them are the prices that were quoted, the call-backs that were promised and the things customers asked for that you don’t sell yet. ListenFox exists to listen to all of it, so you don’t have to.
Why a fox?
Foxes hear a mouse moving under a foot of snow. They listen first and act on what they heard, which is the whole job. The name says what the product does, and the mascot gives every page a face that isn’t a stock photo of a headset.
The fox also sets the tone. It’s curious, it’s precise, and it doesn’t make things up. When it tells you something about a call, it points to the moment it heard it.
